Blooms for Bees Competition

Blooms for Bees poster

While there won’t be any National TidyTowns Competition this year, the residents of Sneem are encouraged to keep the village looking its best and provide wildlife corridors throughout the village to provide food for bees and other pollinators.  Your gardens and window boxes are vital for this. Sneem TidyTowns Working Group is  running a Blooms for the Bees Competition over the summer with a first prize of €60 and €40 for the runner-up.

Sneem Community Notice Board Issue 213

The October issue of Sneem Community Notice Board features Sneem winning the Pollinator Award at the recent SuperValu TidyTowns awards. The full adjudication report is on pages 9 – 13 inside.
