You can listen back (about 9 mins) to the Sneem Digital Hub podcast. They got a great reaction including 72 hits to the website on Saturday morning and a Dublin-based company interested in exploring what we have to offer. Great exposure to an audience of 112,000 people.
The February issue of the Sneem Community Notice Board featured pictures from the Annual Coomanassig Christmas party on the cover and inside. The November issue of the Sneem Community Notice Board features the Kerry Scouts who came for the Sneem Storytelling Festival on the front cover. Inside are reports on the seventh Sneem International Folklore and Storytelling Festival which was a tremendous success. Sneem TidyTowns committee is delighted to win one of the eight regional Pollinator Awards at the SuperValu TidyTowns Awards which took place in Dublin on Monday 24th September. This was Sneem’s first year entering for the Local Authority Pollinator Award but the colourful village has embraced the ideals of the All-Ireland Pollinator Plan and is looking forward to implementing further pollinator friendly actions in the future.
