Sneem Hotel
Sneem Hotel was built by Sneem native Louis Moriarty in Golden’s Cove on the Sneem River and opened its doors to families, weddings and independent travellers in 2007. Along with his red setter dog, Red, Louis and his friendly local staff offer a warm welcome and beautiful views a short stroll from the heart of the village.
White Strand Beach
The White Strand Beach just before the village of Castlecove is 10km (6 miles) from Sneem. It is one of the favorite beaches for Sneem locals and is a must if you’re looking for things to do with kids on a sunny day. With lots of rocks to clamber on and rock pools to explore, and safe clear shallow water to swim it, it’s paradise for young and old.
